Welcome to TUTAL! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TUTAL. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including all software subscriptions, code snippets, and digital products we provide (collectively the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Services

We provide digital products and software services that are delivered electronically. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no physical goods will be shipped.

All descriptions, pricing, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other PCI-compliant providers. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

Due to the nature of digital products:
✅ Once access is provided or the product is downloaded, no refunds will be issued, unless required by applicable law (see Section 5).

4. License & Use

When you purchase a software subscription or code snippet, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes, subject to any usage restrictions outlined at checkout.

You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

As our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in cases where:

  • The product was not delivered.

  • The product is proven defective and we cannot resolve the issue.

You may request assistance at tutal0128@proton.me.

For EU/UK customers: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract once digital content delivery has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our Services are the property of TUTAL or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUTAL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
